Octopus are crawling out of the sea and walking up a Welsh beach
More than 20 of the creatures were spotted making their way up the beach in New Quay, Ceredigion , on Friday night in a mysterious phenomenon which has left staff from a local dolphin watching company completely baffled.

October eight, an octopus’ favorite date!
Octopuses are super cool, and this guy is a great example why. The glowing sucker octopus (Stauroteuthis syrtensis) shines in a novel way. Suckers stretching in a single row down each arm flash on and off, perhaps to attract a tasty snack.
