A peacock and a peahen. You know how difficult it is to find accurate sexual dimorphism with these without the peacock motif being turned into a thing only a woman would be shown wearing. If there were peacock people, I’m sure this peacock fellow would be one of the most handsome dudes out there. (I also imagine he’s a cabaret dancer?)
this sure went viral. *faints*
Because it deserves it, oh man, this is so amazing ♥

Why I really adore lemurs! Andasibe (iirc!), Madagascar. (September 2010)
Fastball-The Way
Anyone could see the road they walk on is paved in gold
And it’s always summer, they will never get cold
They will never get hungry, they will never get old and gray
You can see their shadows wandering off somewhere
They won’t make it home but they really don’t care
They wanted the highway, they are happy there today

The other day, I listened to another concept album by Ayreon, the band who did Into The Electric Castle, which I really dig. Into The Human Equation tells the story of a man who is in a coma, and it takes place entirely inside his mind. Each song is a different day inside his mind.
- Day One: Vigil
- Day Two: Isolation
- Day Three: Pain
- Day Four: Mystery
- Day Five: Voices
- Day Six: Childhood
- Day Seven: Hope
- Day Eight: School
- Day Nine: Playground
- Day Ten: Memories
- Day Eleven: Love
- Day Twelve: Trauma
- Day Thirteen: Sign
- Day Fourteen: Pride
- Day Fifteen: Betrayal
- Day Sixteen: Loser
- Day Seventeen: Accident?
- Day Eighteen: Realization
- Day Nineteen: Disclosure
- Day Twenty: Confrontation
What a great post, thank you for this c’:
It should be noted that Ayreon is not really a band tho; it’s just the project’s name, and there are different singers and musicians featured on each album.

Arjen, You’re awesome!
Every other time someone purposefully misspells “baby”, I get a little misty-eyed. This is why:
A while (wow, 2008?) ago, I checked SomethingAwful regularly (shh). It formed a lot of my humor and indulged my hunger for the niche, the strange, and the genuinely creepy. My favorite thing they ever published was a serial by Zach Parsons.
First, read these. Starting with “Fruit”.
They’re pretty easy to breeze through. It won’t make a lot of sense at first, but it helps to try.
This is your dessert, and it’s so yummy, but you have to eat your dinner first.
Just. Uuugh, I wish Mr. Parsons still did stuff like this. Or am I missing it? Also, here’s an unrelated series by the same author where someone says “even a child-molesting clock is right twice a day”.
