So I was originally going to animate part of Chasing Shadows for my 512 animation, but it became clear that I wasn’t going to have time to get to the relevant story part by that time, so I abandoned that plan and decided to animate something completely unrelated. Here’s a fun cyberpunk heist featuring Atom Smasher. During the making of this it got the idea mill turning so I’m planning to spin a for-fun side project off of this.

See, I am the worst follower imaginable because I always feel like I don’t have anything meaningful to contribute, so I resort to clapping my hands excitedly while doing a little twirl in my seat every time my favourite blogs update. Ask Firestarter Spitfire is one of those blogs; I had it bookmarked before I even got my own tumblr account and it’s everything I wish I was able to incorporate in my own stuff; in short, it manages to deal with serious issues and borderline grimdark themes without taking itself too seriously or overdramatizing anything while still having room for (more or less) absurd humour. Aaaah, CaptainHoers is just a really skilled story-teller and a constantly improving artist and animator and I’m glad I stumbled across his work, as cheesy as that sounds UuU
