Some things I like about this (besides how chilling it is) :
Anakin understands that Darth Vader and Anakin Skywalker are just two names for the same man and finally acknowledges that he is responsible for everything that he has done. Nice contrast to the earlier sections where he is constantly retconning away his bad deeds.
He is aware that he has doomed himself to his own personal hell.
It doesn’t matter to him whether he literally killed Padme with the Force choke, or whatever, because he is aware that it was his actions leading up to it that resulted in her death.
