Average hours of sleep I get each night: 3-4 hours during the week (I have trouble sleeping for whatever reason), can be anywhere between 10-14 hours on the weekend (ugh).

A piece of advice for all my followers: don’t spend too much time trying to rationalize or intellectualize certain things that resonate with you if it makes you doubt their effect, take that as you will haha. Unless the things you enjoy are hurtful to other people but that’s another story altogether.
