It’s funny because sometimes when person A spends their “entire life” doing nice things for person B it’s only when it’s also convenient for person A during their leisure, and often those are things that person B doesn’t even need or want (but they are kind of nice regardless). And then, when person B actually needs this one thing from person A and they fuck up, person B is going to be severely disappointed so that’s why they will remember it better.
