English is not my first language, so when I don’t focus on the lyrics of pop songs specifically, I don’t REALLY notice what they’re about.

This particular song is a remnant from my tween years, at which point I was already learning English, and I always thought it was something meaningful about sould bonding.

And now tumblr tells me it’s about sex. And condoms.
