Rayquaza the Omniscient

I’ve been doing this weird thing were I imagine the cast of Ziltoid as Pokemon.

Ziltoid is Rayquaza, Captain Spectacular is Reshiram, the Planet Smasher is Black Kyurem and the Omnidimensional Creator is Arceus.

SOMEONE DRAW THIS BECAUSE I DON’T HAVE THE TALENT.

But Rayquaza doesn’t have dewclaws, how would that work.
