Don’t buy pets as gifts unless:

• You are 115% sure the receiver wants and is willing to take full responsibility of the animal
• You are 190% willing to take care of the animal if the other person rejects the pet because simply “returning” a purchased animal is an overall dick move that proves you are incapable of making responsible decisions
